Aaron Gordon throws down 360 slam, helps Magic get first win

Near the end of the first quarter (at around the 4 minute mark), the Orlando Magic’s Aaron Gordon snuck up behind the Philadelphia 76ers’ Richaun Holmes and tapped the ball out of his hands. From here, Gordon, who was the Dunk Contest runner-up last season, proceeded to sprint towards the basket, where he threw down a beautiful 360 dunk.

But that wasn’t the only awesome thing that happened for the ball club and the city of Orlando tonight. The Magic also got their first win of the season, beating the winless 76ers 103-101. Elfrid Payton scored 18 points and dished out 10 assists, and Evan Fournier went 3-6 from beyond the arc for 17 points. Nikola Vucevic scored 24 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, while Serge Ibaka scored 21 points and blocked 2 shots. Gordon recorded 7 points, 4 assists, and 3 steals.

Needless to say, the Orlando Magic starters played very, very well.
