NBA Player of the Night Isaiah Thomas
Young Nick Van Exel aka Isaiah Thomas was phenomenal tonight. He scored a career-high 52 points to lead the Celtics over the Heat. He was 15/26 (57%) from the field and 13/13 (100%) from the free-throw line. Isaiah scored 27 of his 52 points in the 4th quarter. It's the first 50-point game for the Celtics since Paul Pierce did it back in the 2005-2006 season.
