NBA Player of the Night Kevin Love
Cavs power forward Kevin Love came out in the first quarter and absolutely torched the Trail Blazers. The Cavs won in blowout fashion and Love played a huge part in that. He set a Cavs record by scoring 34 points in the 1st quarter the most in NBA history. He also made 8 three-pointers in the first quarter tying his record for a game. He finished with 40 points and 8 rebounds. Love was 12/20 (60%) from the field, 8/8 (100%) from the free-throw line and 8/12 (66%) from the three-point line.
