Liverpool And Klopp - Whats Going Wrong?

Things got worrying for me and the other 550 million Liverpool fans when we lost to West Ham 2-0. The Reds have only won eight ought of eighteen since the 48 year old German has been in charge. When Rogers was in charge before Klopp that same season had won eight out of seventeen.

1. Liverpool beat the experienced but struggle against the inexperienced. This season the Reds have beaten top teams like Manchester City,Leicester and Chelsea but have also lost to some average teams like Watford,Newcastle and West Ham. When they played these teams they didn't score and lost with a 2-0 margin or more.

2. Defensive errors. Liverpool have a very good defence don't get me wrong. The heart being the Belgium Keeper Simon Mingolet and then the English right-back Nathaniel Clyne, the highest scoring defender of the 2013/14 season Martin Skrtel and rising stars Moreno,Loveren and Sakho and many others. The issue is that they are making too many stupid errors which cost the team badly. Clearing to the opposition, making dirty tackles without thinking, appealing for lots and many other things. This means they are losing unnecessary points.

3. Who are Liverpool's strikers? With Daniel Sturridge suffering from injury regularly, Danny Ings out for a season with a terrible knee blow, Origi starting to catch the Sturridge injury bug they are leaving poor old Benteke to do the work. The Belgium striker is scoring good goals at crucial times but when there are some really simple easy finishes him blows them wide or in to the stands.

4. Who are Klopp's XI? Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp is still struggling to find his number one eleven. Every game he is trying new things out like swapping keepers or choosing a younger less experienced squad. There are a few guaranteed players that hew will stick to this season for example Nathaniel Clyne. The england right back never is injured but when he is is is only for a short period unlike Sturridge.

5. Klopp has recently been getting a lot of abuse from rival managers and officials. Before the game against West Ham he received a comment from Sam Allerdyce in a press conference. He was called a 'soft German'. From match officials him and his team are always given a decision against them. They have struggled all season from officials.

So can the reds turn there season round? Will they get the top four? Who knows it up to how well they play and how well rival teams play.
