Thomas Sparks Celtics

The Boston Celtics trailed heading into the fourth quarter, and Isaiah Thomas decided to take over. He scored 20 points in the fourth and nine in overtime. Thomas had 53 points overall in a 129 to 119 victory over the Washington Wizards in game 2.
Thomas wanted to win this game for his sister and he did just that. It would have been her 23rd birthday, but she was killed in a car accident a couple of weeks ago.
Avery Bradley and Jae Crowder each scored 14 points. Al Horford scored 15 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Celtics.
John Wall scored 40 points and had 13 assists for the Wizards. Bradley Beal and Marcin Gortat each scored 14 points.
Otto Porter hit a go-ahead three pointer in the fourth quarter, but Thomas hit two clutch free throws to send it into overtime and the rest was history.
The Wizards could very well be up 2-0 in this series, but the Celtics have shown more pride and heart so far. Game 3 is tomorrow night in Washington.
