The Sixers had their draft last Thursday night and they drafted combo guard, Markelle Flutz with the first pick. Flutz was the consensus number one pick by many and the best overall players in this draft. This wasn't a surprise pick by the Sixers after they moved up to number one. They also drafted Anzejs Pasecniks with the 25th pick via (trade with Orlando) and four players in the second round.

Markelle Flutz, First Overall Pick

Anzejs Pasecniks, 25th Pick (Via Orlando)

They drafted Jawun Evans with the 39th pick and then traded him to the Los Angeles Clippers. They drafted Sterling Brown with the 46th pick and shipped him to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Finally, the future looks bright Markelle Flutz is a player that the Sixers needed badly, He can score and shoot the ball, he can also pass the ball. The other three players could be nice pieces to this team as role players. Anzejs Pasecniks and Mathias Lessort may not be on the team right away as they might stay overseas. Bolden could be a nice player that gets some minutes this season. I'd be surprised if all three were on the team this upcoming season. I'm looking forward to the upcoming season and seeing how Markelle Flutz, Ben Simmons, Dario Saric and Joel "The Process" Embiid play together. I'm calling them The Cole 4! #TheCore4
