Dejounte Murray is the next Russell Westbrook

Dejounte Murray is going to be a elite point guard in the next couple of years.

Dejounte Murray might be one of the biggest draft steals in recent memory.  Dejounte has amazing athleticism that you do not see everyday in a point guard. He can alley-oop and he can fly up the basketball court and lay it in the hoop effortlessly. I am really impressed with his game today at the Utah Summer League. Dejounte reminds me of a young raw Russell Westbrook with untapped potential. He has really special ability and he is going to be in a great system with the Spurs. I believe that he will be point guard of the future for the Spurs.

Dejounte has a great mentor in Tony Parker and I can't wait to watch him in a regular season game. The Las Vegas Summer League should be very exciting to watch on ESPN and NBA TV. I am really impressed with Dejounte he is one of my favorite prospects so far. I would love to see Dejounte, Forbes, Anderson, Dedmon, and Simmons lead the second unit. I love how the Spurs fixed their biggest weakness last year and brought in several athletes and they are getting younger.

The San Antonio Spurs have a really bright future ahead with all of these prospects. The Spurs have a great front office and they keep finding hidden gems to work with. I am really looking forward to the regular season and I hope Dejounte Murray can get some playing time. I think he is a really special raw player and he seems like he is a diamond in the rough. I expect big things out of Dejounte Murray. He also has great size for a point guard at 6 foot 5.  If Dejounte improves his defense he is going to be a elite point guard in the league for years to come!
