George R.R. Martin loves the Jets
The coolest sports fan of all time!
I discovered my new favorite sports fan today. I hope that you have heard of Game of Thrones, which is constantly in pop culture today. I think it is awesome that he went to the New York Jets training camp. (SB Nation) He even loves the New York Giants. (SB Nation) He might be the only person on the planet that can pull that off.
SB Nation even gave a link to his blog posts. http://grrm.livejournal.com/321271.html. I believe his blog is even more heartfelt than his amazing books.
I am not sure if there could be a cooler story today, unless the Jets signed a female to play on their team.
If I was Todd Bowles, I would be nervous of George R.R. Martin. He might become the coach if the Jets struggle this year. Imagine the motivational speeches George R.R. Martin could give? I think they would win a Super Bowl if they hire him.
The Jets found the coolest fan, and America has found a new reason to love the New York Jets/ Giants.
