Crosby Has a Concussion Again

Sidney Crosby left game 3 with a head injury and he didn't return. Head coach Mike Sullivan announced today that he will miss game 4 with a concussion. Crosby will be reevaluated afterwards.
So Crosby hasn't been ruled out of the series which is good news. It isn't right the NHL didn't suspend Alex Ovechkin or Matt Niskanen for there actions in game 3.
The hit looked intentional from the start. Is this how Washington wants to win a series? Well, expect bad blood from the opening faceoff.
If key players like Ovechkin, Holtby, Backstrom, or Oshie have their heads down, you better believe is someone going to knock them down and get revenge.
Conor Sheary has also been diagnosed with a concussion. Josh Archibald and Oskar Sundqvist were called up today. Expect Carter Rowney and Scott Wilson to be in the lineup tomorrow night, although Tom Sestito should have been called up.
They probably don't want to play him because I think it would be obvious what would happen next, but maybe they will do it after all.
In reality, how is this going to affect Crosby in the long run?
