The offensive coordinator is still to be determine, however, former San Diego Chargers' offensive coordinator, Frank Reich is in Philadelphia tonight to interview for the OC job, so he could be the guy or they could also keep Pat Shurmur.

— BleedingGreenNation (@BleedingGreen) January 20, 2016The audio of the Doug Pederson induction Press Conference:
My thoughts on the press conference is I thought Doug came off decent. He answered each question and was really nice about each answer and not arrogant like Mr. Chip Kelly. The question about why the Chiefs were slow in the fourth quarter in Saturday nights game against the Patriots was weird. The way I took that is that he gave a stupid and idiotic answer to not throw Andy Reid or Alex Smith under the bus. I don't believe for a second that he calling the plays during the drive. Also he was asked how much playing calling he did and he said after the Steelers' game he called the second half of games for the rest of the season. I don't know if I believe that either but who knows it doesn't matter now.
I certainly didn't like the process of this "coaching search" it was a cluster F**K that's for sure. They only interviewed six candidates and two of them Duce Staley and Pat Shurmur were in the organization already as part of Kellys' stuff; both severed under Reid too.
Finally, I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in the off-season with Sam Bradford and Vinny Curry who are both free agents, what free agents they sign and who they draft May' NFL Draft. Doug was the total opposite of Chip and it felt like a breath of fresh air. I'm not all in on this hire but I'm okay with it and will give Doug a chance because he's different.
