I believe that female's should be allowed to coach in the Men's league, and the hypocrisy needs to stop. Men have been coaching in Female league's is okay, but not in the reverse order. Geno Auriemma has won ten championships for UCONN. I love seeing the progress and I am so glad that the Spurs and Cardinals have hired a woman on staff. It is a encouraging sign that we are in 2015.

Women can learn sports and playbook's just as good as men can. I hope that in the future you will have at least one women in the NBA, NFL, and the MLB as a head coach/manager. I am really rooting for progress and the future is looking bright. I believe it is similar to Hollywood. Men receive a longer career and more money then Women in Hollywood get. There are so many interesting facts from the ACLU. I recommend checking out the stats they will shock you.

I expect more women to be hired in sports and in Hollywood. I know that I have a small voice, and yet if enough voices get together then progress can be reached. I trust the leagues are hoping a woman will be hired as a head coach. The future is here, and I hope it will be bright.
