New York Jets vs Miami Dolphins Preview

On Sunday the Miami Dolphins and the New York Jets will face off. The Dolphins come into this rivalry game off a two game winning streak and a 3-4 record. The Jets come in at 3-5 after a win against the Cleveland Browns.

Jay Ajayi's name came up in a lot of conversations after his back to back games with over two hundred yards rushing. The big question is is this a one and done event or will this trend continue. Remember last year Miami also started 1-3 and won two in a row just to lose to New England and drop to 3-4 and missing the playoffs with a final record of 6-10.

If the Miami Dolphins want to win they will have to continue to keep on pounding the rock with the running game. Ryan Tannehill has looked solid the last couple game and if this offensive line can stay healthy there should be more of the same on Sunday at one against New York.

Miami has a tough task ahead to make it to playoffs after this game they have a road game against a good San Diego Chargers team and after that face the L.A. Rams who have the same record. If they want to get into the post season they are going to have to earn it.
