Elliott Rushes Past Steelers

Ezekiel Elliott's 2 catches for 95 yards receiving and 1 touchdown and 114 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns, lifted the Dallas Cowboys to a 35 to 30 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers with 9 seconds remaining on his 32-yard score. It seemed like he had more steel in his body than the entire city of Pittsburgh.

Early in the first quarter, Le'Veon Bell scored on a two-yard touchdown pass from Ben Rothelisberger. They decided to go for a 2-point conversion and failed. Pittsburgh was 0 for 4 in 2-point attempts and Dallas was 0 for 2.

Rothelisberger threw his second touchdown pass in the quarter to Eli Rogers from 3 yards out. Later in the period, Elliott caught a screen pass and took it 83 yards to the house.

With the Dallas Cowboys trailing 18 to 16 in the third-quarter, Dak Prescott threw a 50-yard touchdown pass to Dez Bryant. Bryant finished with 6 catches for 118 yards receiving and 1 touchdown. Prescott finished with 319 passing yards and 2 touchdowns.

In the fourth quarter, Le'Veon Bell scored a 1-yard rushing touchdown. He finished with 57 rushing yards and 1 touchdown along with 9 catches for 77 yards receiving and 1 touchdown.

The first play after the two minute warning, Elliott scored on a 14-yard rushing touchdown. On a first-and-10 play from the Dallas 15 yard-line with 43 seconds remaining, Ben Rothelisberger faked the spike and threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Antonio Brown, to give them the lead momentarily.

Rothelisberger threw for 408 yards and 3 touchdowns. Brown finished with 14 catches for 154 yards receiving and 1 touchdown.

After Dallas scored the touchdown 9 seconds remaining, Pittsburgh had one last chance. The Cowboys allowed a couple of completions to Brown, but it wasn't enough for the Steelers.

The Dallas Cowboys will host the Baltimore Ravens (5-4) next Sunday.
