Should the Mets move on from Matt Harvey?

Ever since Matt Harvey fought with his manager to come out for the 9th inning in the World Series of game 5 in 2015, it has been a downfall career for him ever since.
Last year he needed season ending surgery. As of yesterday, Harvey was suspended for three days for violating club rules without pay. He was supposed to start yesterday, but he didn't. The Mets lost 7 to 0.
Harvey reportedly played golf on Saturday and felt ill with a migraine. According to the report, he did call the Mets but apparently there was a form of miscommunication somewhere down the line.
Matt Harvey will file grievance against the Mets for unpaid suspension. He has one-year left on his contract after the 2017 season.
Should the Mets consider trading him? If he continues to pull of stunts like this, Harvey might be shown the door. What could they get for him if they traded him though?
This could be one of the reasons why a supposed perfect starting rotation with Syndergaard, DeGrom, Matz, Wheeler, and Harvey will never happen.
