With the Knicks trailing 55 to 50 at halftime to the Nets, they needed to find a spark somewhere. New York relied on stars Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis. Anthony finished with 22 points and 7 rebounds. Porzingis finished with 21 points 8 rebounds and 2 blocks.

That led the Knicks to a 110 to 96 victory over the Nets. At times in the first-half, the Nets were on the verge of running away with this game. That wasn't the case because the Knicks outscored the Nets 60 to 41 in the second-half.

Brook Lopez and Justin Hamilton each had 21 points for the Nets. These teams will play each other 3 more times this season.
