Eagles Get the Last Laugh!
On Sunday afternoon, the Philadelphia Eagles won their second straight game beating the Buffalo Bills, 23-20; Caleb Sturgis kicked the game-winning 30 yard field goal with 3:26 left. Ed Reynolds with 1:23 left intercepted the ball to seal the win for the Eagles.
It was the return of former Eagles' star running back, LeSean "Shady" McCoy the all time leading rusher in Eagles Franchise history. He was traded in March for Bills' Linebacker, Kiko Alonso. Shady ran for 74 yards (longest run was 24 yards) and four catches for 35 yards with no touchdowns.
Here are some audio from the game, calls from the long time Eagles' radio announcer Merrill Reese. Audio Clips Courtesy of 94.1 WIP.

I wasn't able to watch the game because of work so I don't have any thoughts about the game. I will say it was a good win for the Eagles it keeps them tied with the Washington Redskins and New York Giants. All three teams head into week 15 with a 6-7 record with the Eagles having the slight edge because they face the Redskins and Giants in the last two games of the season. It will most likely come down to those two games.
Finally, I got to say three weeks ago this team looked like it had given up on Chip and quit but boy how things have change in that time, two wins in a row and fighting for the NFC East division title. This week is gonna be a real test for the Eagles as they host the NFC West, leading Arizona Cardinals (11-2) who are also second in the NFC and fighting for home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs with the undefeated Carolina Panthers (13-0). The game was flexed from 1 PM ET game to now an 8:30 PM ET Sunday Night Football game on NBC. The Eagles announced Monday, that they will be pulling out the all-black jerseys and making it a Black-Out Sunday Night game. They wore the all-black jerseys earlier this year against the New York Giants on October 19 in week 6 which was a Monday night football game.; they beat the Giants 27-7 on that night. Last season, they wore the all-black jerseys against the Giants on October 12 in week 6 and they won that 27-0. Also, back in 2008, on Thanksgiving night they wore the all-black jerseys against the Cardinals defeating them 48-20. Let's see if they can win again with the all-black jerseys. The Cardinals can clinch the NFC West with a win on Sunday. So this is a huge game for both teams.
One other thing I wanted to mention that a lot of people were talking about was Shady at the end of the game storming off the field without shaking the hands of his former teammates and Chip Haha! Shady was seen throwing his helmet into the locker-room really pissed. I don't have a problem with this he was pissed off that he just loss to the team that traded him. I think it shows how passionate he is and how badly he wanted to stick it to Eagles more than anything Chip Kelly the guy that traded him without telling him. I understand sportsmanship and all but it's the NFL they just went though a battle out there, Shady was very emotional for losing. This isn't kids playing football these are grown man playing. Whatever if fans want to get mad at him for that, that's their problem as I said I don't care.
